How to remove leave a reply box in a page

Hello,

I already disable page comment but still the leave a reply box comment still showing.

I want to remove this comment box,

please help.

After hours of research I found out that I can simply commented the comment form in this file:

/plugins/dw-question-answer/inc/templates/default/content-answer.php in line 125
