Hello,
First, let me say that I LOVE your product! I purchased the pro version and I want to use it to provide support to my teachers, as everyone is now online due to COVID 19 and need a lot of help! Your solution is excellent.
I am almost done setting it up, but I can’t get rid of the word “Archives” from the title of the page. I want it to say “Q & A Faculty Support” which is the title of my page where I embedded the code snippet. But, no matter what I do, it doesn’t change. This is not an issue in my blog posts or any other pages. The page and post titles show up. This is ONLY a problem with the pages with the DWQA shortcode. Very frustrating.
Can you help? I am stuck.
Thank you for your help!

Thank for your interest in our product.
In your case, you can create a page template and custom the page title, or try to edit the page title from the backend. If you still face their issue, you can send me the username & password of your site for further checking, we will help you resolve this issue.

Hello Dominic, I´ve got the same issue. I need to give away the word Archives. I tried to make new template, but when I link from DWQA plugin options – Page settings – The page where displays all questions. It returns back to Archives again.. :-/

Thanks for your help. Ludmila
