How to translate the read more

Hi,
I want to translate the “Read more” (<!–more–>) by “En savoir plus” but do not find it in the pot language file.
How can i do that ?

You can find in the content.php file: <?php the_content( __(‘Read more’, ‘dw-timeline-pro’) ); ?>
