How to update focus theme with latest version of theme

Please help me to update old version of theme with the latest one . My site has many content then how can i update latest version without loosing anything

The best way is to overwrite the theme folder via your FTP. If you don’t want to lose all changes that you customized, before updating the latest version, please mark and copy all files that you edited, then update to the version 1.1.0
After finishing, you add all customized code to your theme.

Sorry to drop to topic like this, but the question is also regarding theme upgrade. If you have changed the font in the previous version of theme, does uploading and replacing the stylesheet in updated version theme folder suits it, or is there more to it?
