Ask Question page does not load

Hi, After installing DW Question Answer plu-in the page "Ask Question" does not load.

Within it there is no more than the shortcode [dwqa-submit-question-form]

The page is loaded when you reload the page 1 more time.

Page for list of questions is working fine.
