How to wrap the Primary Menu text and change style of Under Navigation

Our Primary Menu is wordy. Is there a way to wrap the text within each nav item so that it can fit on one line at twice the standard height?
Also, we’d like to use the Under Navigation for a set of static links styled just like the menu in the DW Focus: Category menu. Where/how can I change the Under Nav style?
