I have checked your site and see that you have enabled the edit and manager option in the permission setting of the subscriber.
At the moment, the plugin just supported admin and the author can view and access the private question.
So, all other user roles can not view and access it, you should disable these options. I have helped you disable the options, you can check your site now.
At the moment, the plugin does not support redirecting into another page when other users open the private question as you mentioned here. However, we have sent and notified to our technical team about this issue, we will check and add an option to the next version.
