I can't add Forward to notification emails on DWQA Pro

Issue 1: You can go to Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Emails. Then add the email you want to forward to, then check the option “Send a copy of every email to admin.”

Issue 2: You can create a Page Template with sidebar, then go to Dashboard > Pages > DWQA Question and select the page you was created, please see the screenshot below.
