I cant View the Answers as the admin nor can the user view the answers

So I’m using the pro version which i purchased from here: https://plugintheme.net/shop/dw-question-answer-pro/

So the problem is : I cant view the answers, When I or the user submit the answer the page refreshed and the answer does not appear, although I can see the answers in the backend by going to Question > answers but I cant see it on the Site.

Please help out

I have checked the site and see that you have purchase the plugin from a Pirated website. We only sell the plugin here: https://codecanyon.net/item/dw-question-answer-pro-wordpress-plugin/15057949
In this case, we can not support you.

So do you guys just offer support for the pro version or the basic plugin too ?
