I need to modify the Headlines Widget and Search Bar

1. I need to modify the Headline Widget title to be like the one in this website: http://www.uiv.it/. In this website Trending Now title has a background color and and arrow like front. please tell me the code modification to this.

2. I would also like to change the background color of the search bar under the navigation.
3. I would also like to change the width (size) of the search bar.
