The current download versión from themeforest is 1.0.7 however in DW web is 1.4.2.2. After installing the plugin, the aspect is the free version no pro version.

I have checked your site and see that you are using the pro version and you are facing with the style of the plugin on your site because the plugin will use the style of the theme are you using. In this case, you can add the following code to the style.css file:
.single-dwqa-question .site-container .vc_row.gray {
margin-bottom: 30px;
}
.single-dwqa-question .dwqa-container {
margin: 0 47px;
}
.dwqa-questions-list .dwqa-question-item .dwqa-question-meta {
margin-bottom: 20px;

nextsoftwareI see a similar version issue. the version I received from codecanyon is 1.0.7 and one on WordPress is 1.4.5. Can you let me know which one is latest?

This issue is on both versions 1.0.7 as well as 1.4.5
I have checked and see that the issue come from the plugin, I send and notified to our technical team, we will check and fix it in the next version.
