I see the style guide in the DW timeline pro theme, but how do I actually use the various tabs, toggles, glyphs in the styleguide.

Hi Bruce Hrabak !
In my opinion, the style guide you mentioned are all styles which DW team used in the theme and they are built on Bootstrap. Ohm, so that it means that you need to be comfortable with some CSS/HTML to be able to get those. To be easier, you can give more details what you want to use, where you want to put it, DW team can help you out.
