IE trouble in DW Simplex

Hey! I had installed QuickStart and nothing else. DB charset – UTF-8.
When I open site for IE I see it (check the image).

Sorry for my bed English.

I think you have confused in installation process. Firstly, you can read the installation guide here to make sure you did the right thing.

Quickstart package – it is a package which contains a complete WordPress installation with the demo content – we will describe the whole process of the installation in this article.
Step 1: Click on the link for the Quickstart package and wait when the files will be downloaded
Step 2 : Then, unpack the downloaded ZIP package
