Images to follow Q & A posts when copied and pasted

We use the DW Q & A plug-in as a library of information. It is not intended to be interactive. Often a question and answer will be shared to Social Media. However, this may result in default Mastercard or Amex images to be inserted with the question, for lack of an image that corresponds with the question.
Is there a way to have images, for each question category, that would automatically replace the Mastercard or Amex image? There are more than 3000 questions in our library, so an image per category makes more sense that per question. Every attempt to add images so far has not worked.
I am an operator, not an expert, so simple instructions would be best.
