Import export problem

I have made an export file from a website and imported it to the new site that I am working on, but all answers get a 0 in question ID. What is the reason for this?

Please send me username & password of your site and FTP account for further checking.

We have checked your site and tested on our localhost. I see that the WordPress import/export not work. In this case, you can install the Export Plus plugin and import the question, answer at the same time.

Can you please check the local host for https://errorcode0x.com/error-code-0x80070002/ as I am having some trouble to log in with my login credentials ???
