jediprophecyDW Focus Installation Issue – “Broken Theme: Missing Stylesheet”
Recently bought the DS Focus theme. I’ve seen multiple questions about the installation process and no clear answer.

I’ve now tried (unsuccessfully) to install 5 times using the Quickstart method. I keep getting a message from WordPress that says:
“Broken Theme: The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template. Stylesheet is missing.”
On the first attempted install, part of the theme showed up at least, but it looked nothing like the demo. Since then, nothing. Each time, I’ve had to start the entire process over (uninstalling WordPress, deleting all previously uploaded files, reinstalling WordPress, uploading the theme again…). Painful.
Without clear steps on how to install, it’s hard to tell if my theme is really broken or if there’s something I’m missing. I’ve watched the video on the YouTube channel but it wasn’t helpful as it was on a PC (I’m on a Mac) and it used a Local Host (I’m using use a File Manager from my hosting provider: GoDaddy).
Can someone please explain the process I need to go through to successfully install? Thank you!

Please unzip the download package. Then look for Quickstart folder, and use this folder to install the theme.

I’ve watched that video and tried to set up based on the instructions there, but again, it’s not a demo that uses a hosting provider or File Manager.
Do you just wanted access to my FTP or to my hosting account?
Just want to clarify: I have unzipped the download package and used the Quickstart folder to install. This is what is not working and appears to be missing a stylesheet.
Also unsure why it says the status of my issue is “Resolved”. It is not resolved. I still have not received the assistance I need to use the theme I paid for.
