We are working on upgrading all the themes to be compatible with WordPress 3.8. All the issues you guys are facing, we will fix in the upgraded versions. Will let you guys know once things done 🙂

And why there is no footer in the homepage? But all the rest has the footer.

The theme Focus is updated now, the latest version is 1.0.5.
Currently, Our theme does not yet support change language via .po file. If you want to translate theme, you can use the qtranslate plugin. Please search the plugin here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=qtranslate
Also, The issue with the footer in the homepage have resolved in the latest version.

Ah, I think the issue you are having is related to http://cmspioneer.com/designwall/question/javascript-error-on-widgets-page/. If I get some time I’ll look at it, otherwise hopefully DW can issue a patch.
