DW Wallpress layout showing blank post at the top

Top post are skipping post and shuwing big space between two post. please help me to fix this probem.

To resolve this issue, you can add the following code to the style.css file:

#sidebar { top: 120px; }
#main { padding-top: 90px; }

Hope this helps !

I added given code in style.css but still its showing gap between two post at top..
