Issue regarding DWQA wordpress plugin

After posting a question on website, it shows an error \”This page is not working. website is currently unable to handle this request…HTTP error 500\”. can you please suggest us something that will solve this error as soon as possible??
Question is being posted but still giving this error.

In this case, you should send me username & password of your site, we will access and help you resolve this issue.
