After I activate the DW Question and Answer Plugin, all my forms stop working. I have tried several different form Plugins, but with all other form Plugins, as soon as I activate the DWQA Plugin, the Re-Captcha disappears and the forms no longer submits.
I have tried this on another hosting/hoster as well as locally and in all cases I get the same result.
I have also tried to disable and re-enable all other Plugins and combinations to rule out an issue between Plugins, but every time it comes down to just this one.
Please help!

We have checked this issue and your site. Please open the inc/captcha.php file of the dw-question-answer folder then find the line 26 and edit with the following code:Â

If you still face their issue, you can send me your FTP account. We will check and help you resolve it.
Applied this change and immediately all the re-captcha’s from the other plugins appeared again. Forms are checked and also so far everything seems to work again.
