Just purchased from ThemeForest, How to activate License?

U[lpaded the ZIP and activated the theme in WP.
Unable to install the list of recommended plugins somehow.

How to activate/supply purchase code?
The entire documentation is not helping me either
please point me to a URL where I can actually Install, Activate, supply License code, download all recommended stuff and GET GOING!!!
