Leaderboard not showing users

I have the DWQA pro plugin. I have the leaderboard widget added to the sidebar but it is blank. It is not showing any user ranks.
I have the dw focus theme

Have you tried to submit a question or answer? if you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further cheking.

Yes i have submitted several questions and nothing shows

where do i send the username and password?

you can use private answer option under the question box.
