Leaderboard not updated.

Hi,
I have a user who has answered a few questions but their name doesn’t show up on the Leaderboard.
My Leaderboard currently has only 3 names. The lowest ranked person only has 2 answers.
What is wrong?

I have checked on our demo site and see that it still works fine. Please restore your account site, I will access your site and check this issue.
