Looking to buy DW Focus, but I have questions first

I’m looking at switching my site over to WordPress in order to use this template, but I want to know if I need a wordpress.com or wordpress.org to do so and anything else that I might need from wordpress in order to get started with this template. Also I wanted to know if Disqus works with this template?

If you want to, It’s very simple to convert a site from WordPress.com to WordPress.org.

Sorry hit enter too soon, thank you for the answer. Since I don’t have either a wordpress.com or a wordpress.org account, which one would I start with in order to use this template? It sounds like I should just start with the wordpress.org, is that correct?
