I am also having this issue with both of my sites, one of which has the following error message on the Front End:

I am also having this problem! Although, I downgraded my site from 3.8.3 to 3.8.1 and I am still having this problem. It is a very important feature to the client. I need it back. ASAP.

Having this problem too. That was a main part of my home page and a great way to update the site via mobile. Please share a fix ASAP.
