well wisherHi the form is displaying all well and good the problem is with your wordpress settings not with the plugin settings just go to your dashboard>>settings>>general and check the anyone can register checkbox and save the settings dont forget to set the default user role as subscriber in the same page,hope that resolves your issue 🙂
