Not receiving any Email Notifications

I have just purchased the pro version. I have setup the email notifications. But I am not receiving email notifications for new questions

Have you used the SMTP plugin? WordPress needs to install SMTP to send the email.
If you still face their issue, you can send me the username & password of your site for further checking.
