Not Receiving EMail notification for New Answers and Comments

I am using this plugin but the only issue i am facing is that not getting emails of New Answer Notifications and Comment Notifications. I enabled all settings as per directions. Can you help me to come out with this issue.

Have you installed the SMTP plugin?
If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

Yes I installed SMTP plugin but it did not work for me and I receive an email if is the new question
