hello
thank you for this plugin, its there on my site for 4 years now.  but i have noticed all of the oldest answers are not showing up, but they do exist in the database of answers. 
for example: https://www.askwebdr.com/question/feeling-of-sinking-rapid-heart-rate-especially-during-night/
answer is not showing up. 
but the answer exsits at
https://www.askwebdr.com/dwqa-answer/answer-for-feeling-of-sinking-rapid-heart-rate-especially-during-night/
this is true for the oldest questions, but working on the recent ones, (asked within last 3 years). 
kindly help me to fix this issue. 
shall be thankful.

Please send me your username & password of your site and FTP account for further checking.

We have checked your site and see that the new version has some change about the structure of the plugin. So, some the old answer does not show correctly. 
In this case, you can back-up the database and then let me know, we will help you resolve this issue. 
Or you can uncomment the following code in the plugins/dw-question-answer/dw-question-answer.php file(line 91).

//require_once DWQA_DIR . 'upgrades/upgrades.php';

To 

require_once DWQA_DIR . 'upgrades/upgrades.php';

Thank you for the answer… The username and password are still the same i sent earlier. 
yes the technical team has helped me, but the issue remained unresolved. 
Its was delay on my part, but your technical team has been so quick and helpful, which is a great relief, DWQA technical team has always helped and resolved my issues. 
The username and passwords are still the same i already shared, i will share the password and username in a while.
