We don’t know why or how, but our title fonts in Focus reverted to default Times font. We changed the Appearance/Fonts Title font to “Bitter” in our Child Theme, and this fixed most of it. But the menu and the under-menu Trending Now still use the wrong or default fonts, as if some parts of the CSS file are not being read. Any suggestions? Also, what is the Content Font you’ve chosen for Focus (looks like Helvetica Neue)?
WordPress Editors received an alert that the Settings changed would change the appearance of the site, and that we should minify the cache and clear the page cache. But no one changed the settings! We found in our Child Theme appearance settings that no font was selected– so we selected “Bitter” for the title font. Shouldn’t the fonts show by default in Focus– as in, it should show “Bitter” if we didn’t have a settings problem?
Here is a screenshot of the homepage with the wrong fonts (before we changed manually to Bitter): http://imgur.com/A4te9Yp
I tried clearing all WordPress caches and rebooting the server, looking at the page from different PC’s, and even different Wifis. How do we diagnose this? This is most urgent… thanks.
