page speed issue with Jquery

i have installed wordpress at http://indianjobsalert.in/, now i am working to improve page speed. jquery of site is giving " render-blocking JavaScript" issue, it is showing same even if i replace it with google hosted scripts. Any one suggest me a good solution.i want to load it asynchronously, i tried some scripts found online but they too didn’t work.
