Hi, DesignWall. I emailed you about this yesterday but haven’t seen a response yet. I’m trying this avenue now. On Saturday night, I purchase one of your themes and the transaction has gone through PayPal and approved. Yet, I have not seen any information on how to download the theme or install the theme or any acknowledgement of the purchase. I have never purchased a theme so I was relying on the 7 days to really work with it and decide if I can make it work with my site. Now that we’re 3 days in, I don’t have confidence that is possible. Will you please issue me a refund of the $49? Emailing me would be best. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in payment. Our server was on maintenance during that time, hence there was a delay in payment system. A download link has been sent to your email, please check. Or you can access the download link at your profile page http://cmspioneer.com/designwall/author/jas0nnew/

About the email, I have checked and there is no email record from you. This is the first time we receive a message from you. Did you send us email to [email protected]?
Regarding 7-day-money-back, it starts on the date you receive our product, which is today 🙂
