Plugin Error when click to read qUESTION

Hi Good Day!
When try using your dw-question answer plugin it was very nice but when someone post some question with us via dw-question answer plugins something went wrong with the layout, I can’t clearly read those message because it has a broken css with no design and vote up/down is not available and I dont think if it has a link to redirect………
