Post attribution and Font

Hello there! I would like to remove the attribution in the posts – Day, Month, Author. Is it possible to keep just the year?
Also, I would like to change the font, what are my options?

Or you can go to the Dashboard > Theme Editor > Templates > entry-meta.php file.
