[PRO] I get a 404 when I view a single question, I have saved perma links did not help

If I submit a question I get a 404, if I view a question I get a 404. (its the pro version)
I have saved the permalinks…
Please advice.

I have checked on our demo and see that it works fine. Please send your site for further checking.
