Problem i have purchased lisced all tinmyc , assign and question and aswer plugin

Now facing some trouble can you help us to solve. i need to go line by line.

1. I want all question to be private (so when user create his question i want him to see that question only 
2. Same thing for assigned plugin that i purchased only assigned ticket can be seen by staff(editor)
3. Comment Box need to be like TINYMCE and upload attachment need (i got your imgur plugin as well) 

Please pleaes help me out with this issue i am using it for ticket system.
