Problem with function dwqa_has_answers()

Greetings.
Previously we used the old version, which has been slightly re-written, decided to upgrade to the new version, but there is a problem, consider the number of answers and displays correctly, but when you open question, there does not appear the answers.
After a dump determined that for some reason does not work dwqa_has_answers() function, because there is simply nothing comes to $wp_query->dwqa_answers, but we have this answers in DB
What are the possible solutions to this problem?
