problems and more problems with dw fixel

WHAT’S HAPPENING WITH DW FIXEL? UPDATE YESTERDAY FIXEL DW AND NOW THE MOVIES DO NOT APPEAR ON SOCIAL WALL, now appears 600X600 IN BOX.
STOPPED THE GRID SYSTEM APPEAR AND NOW I CAN NOT, ADD TO THE POST.
IMAGES OF THE HOME OUT BLURRY. resize thumbnails 300×300 said as another user and does not serve
I NEED AN ANSWER OR RETURN MY MONEY … I buy DW FIXEL FOR modify my website a simpler way AND THESE PROBLEMS IS MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN EVER.
Every day I have a different problem and I can not open my website to the public with many errors

Hi Nomadate, sorry for your troubles. Could you please send us your site URL and the admin account (via private answer) so we can have a look at it.
About the image quality, you can go to Dashboard / Settings / Media and set the Thumbnail Size to 300px x 300px.
Remember if you change these settings you will need to regenerate your thumbnails within WordPress for the changes to be applied to your current imagery. To do this we recommend using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

Hi there,
I’d be happy to answer your questions…
1) In order to use the grid system, you’ll need to set the Page template as Custom Page, as the screenshot here: http://i.imgur.com/ukRLSAT.png. We also have a guide page for the Grid system here: http://designwall.com/guide/dw-fixel/#grid_system
2) About the thumbnail of video posts, you need to set the featured image for video posts (For ex: you can set it at bottom right of this page: http://www.nomadarte.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2359&action=edit), otherwise the thumbnail will be displayed as a sample image 600×600.
3) The content-empty.php includes the plus-sign blocks, so when you delete the content on it, the plus-sign box can not appear.
