Problems with Oxygen Theme

I have a blog with the Oxygen theme and I want to use the DW Answer&Question plugin. I have followed all steps explained in ‘Guide’ section ‘Style integration’ but I have not the correct result. Here, I attach a screenshot of the result of the integration of the plugin in my blog:

Hi Virginia,

Please go to Dashboard / DW Q&A / General, and re-setup for your Question list page & Ask Question page.
