Sheryl RobinsonA client has a site using the promobar, but her menu is styled so that you have to click a box to display it, similar to a mobile menu. When the menu is opened it covers the promobar completely. Is there a way to automatically push the bar down when the menu is opened?
also, I was hoping to accomplish this using only CSS. This is the div id and class when meu is closed:

and this when opened:
