Latest version of DWQA Pro breaks my website

It seems that /lib and /templates directories are empty, so I get nothing on the page and a few 404 errors in the console.
I rolled back to previous version.
Could you please have a look?

Yes, we have checked and see that the file in the lib folder is missing. I don’t know why. We have checked and submitted it on the codecanyon. Please wait to update the new package Or you can send me the username & password of your site, I will help you resolve this issue.
