DominicCurrently, we don’t try using the DW Focus theme with some plugin to send push notifications yet, therefore, it is hard for me to confirm that it can be compatible with DW Focus or not. If you do not mind, can you install and let us know your experience with it 
In my opinion, DW Focus works well with it.
Note: You can tell me plugin name that you want to use, We will check it.
