Questions page shows 500 Internal Server Error

Hey,
I’m trying to use DW Question Answer plugin but whenever I open the questions page it showed 524 or 500 Internal server error.
all other pages are working just fine, but the questions page is showing this error and it sometimes breaks the website, can I please get your help in fixing it?

Thanks, Dominic for your help I appreciate it, I just wish it was a little bit faster, btw what was causing the issue so that I can avoid it in the future?

I have changed the slug for question base in the dashboard > Questions > Settings > General.

Hey Dominic, can you please elaborate more, because right now I was trying to change how it looks on the tab and it happened again, I set them back to what you did but this didn’t help fix it 🙁
