How do i change my design to the template that you show on

E.g if you see below. How do i make the categories on the right column and My search field looks too narrow as compared to your version.

Btw your email template has a bug. When i click "View Answer" <a href="http://screencast.com/t/pUQ6Tw2NVv6y" rel="nofollow">http://screencast.com/t/pUQ6Tw2NVv6y</a> there is no link. It is not clickable.
