At the moment, you only add user’s email addresses by navigating to back-end settings of the plugin. Our plugin doesn’t still support to automatically send email notification to users when a new question is posted.
However, that’s great idea, my friend 🙂
We will consider and discuss in the upcoming version of the plugin.

The e-mail notifications in DWQA are great but the one thing I think is missing is the ability to receive notifications based on selected category/tag subscriptions. I assume this would need some sort of user profile page that dynamically lists all existing categories/tags and allows individual registered users to tick/untick the box to receive e-mail notifications for any questions posted with that category/tag.
This would be particularly helpful for me as it means users don’t have to monitor the website for new questions, they are prompted to look when a new question of interest to them is posted.
Is this something you are planning to add in the future or is it already available somewhere?
