The permissions for comments are exactly the same as they are questions and answers but the feature doesn’t appear.

DominicWhat do you mean? you can let me know detail about this issue. As I understand, all the permission of the comment section are exactly the same questions and answers. I have checked on our demo and it works fine and still here in the permission tabs. In this case, you can try to disable all the plugin to check the issue. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

My site does not have the ability to leave “Comments” on each Question or Answer. It only has a Question and Answers.
I have checked your site and see that you are using the Disqus Comment System plugin. It’s the conflict between the plugin. Also, the DW Q&A does not compatible with the other comment plugin. I have disable this plugin and it works fine.
