I have been trying to find a way to contact you for the last few weeks about returning my product yet you haven’t responded! I bought on 9th July and since 12th, have been trying to return!
Apparently that we have not received any message or email from you regarding refund issue. And this question is the first message we got from you.
Look like up to today, you have passed our 7-day-mony-back policy already and according to our policy we cannot issue the refund for you. However, as you said that you have requested the refund back on 9th July, so please provide us your original message for further checking. This also to help us improve our communication channels and to make sure this case will not happen again.
