Can you designate VIP users whose questions are flagged?

Can you designate VIP users whose questions are flagged? Ie Public users can ask questions, but VIP users (e.g. enrolled in my course) are somehow flagged/prioritized?

At the moment, the plugin does not support to designate VIP users whose questions are flagged as you mentioned here.
