DominicI have checked and see that it looks good on your site. In this case, if you want to find the best solution, you can create a CSS file and add the style CSS code in this file and all your customize will do not override when you update the plugin. To do it, you can install the Simple CSS Custom plugin and find the code from wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer/templates/assets/css/style.css Then copy/paste into the Custom CSS of the plugin. After moving code if you have any issue or have some sections can not change, please let me know, I will help you fix it.
If you can not do that, If you want to have it, we are ready to help you as a custom work with a charge of fee ( about $35).

I fixed it a bit but I think its not the right way to do it.
I just changed all LEFT to RIGHT in this file:
wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer/templates/assets/css/style.css
Please tell me if you can fix it in the right way…
