[SAVE DRAFT] Why is this function is only allowed for admin?

Can all users be allowed to use [SAVE DRAFT] function?
I tried to change this but to no avail
<? php if ( current_user_can( ‘manage_options’ ) ) { ? >
Any advise is appreciated!

At the moment, our DW Q & A allows only admin to save the answer as draft. Thank you for your posting, we will consider this in upcoming version of the plugin.
